Description of Works
The buildings had asbestos roof and walls which was removed prior to work commencing.
Delta Roofing was engaged to supply new Colorbond ULTRA orb sheets & corrugated vertical cladding, flashings, gutters, rainheads.
Supply and install PVC coated galvanised roof safety mesh and R1.3 Anticon insulation and R3.5 batts to ceiling over hall area.
An extension to the lower building was built which involved timber framing and carpentry works by Delta.
