Delta Roofing was contracted to remove existing roof sheeting and fascia sheeting and 14 Rain Heads & downpipes. Supply and install new roof & wall sheeting and Colorbond box gutters, flashings, apron, fascia gutters and down pipes.

    • Colorbond Surfmist Trimdeck roof & wall sheeting

    • 0.55mm Colorbond Box gutter; flashing apron and barge flashings

    • 0.55mm Colorbond metal ridge & barge flashings

    • 75mm  Anticon insulation

    • 2400grm opal GC fibreglass fascia light sheets

    • 14 Colorbond rain heads & 100 * 100 down pipes

    • Allowance for craneage

    • Supplied all SWMS, JSA’s, MSDS & Equipment register

    • Full time working supervision on site

    • Incident and defect free completion

    • All materials and rubbish removed.
