Description of Works
Delta Roofing was engaged to complete the roof sheeting remediation scope to a commercial workshop.
The scope was to remove and replace the existing 2,400m² of roof sheeting, 300m2 of fibre glass wall sheeting and the front façade.
New roof consisted of 0.42 Custom Orb, R1.3 55mm anticon and safety mesh. Fibreglass wall sheets were replaced with 2400gsm SupaGlass GC.
Delta’s project delivery team worked with the client to ensure there was no disruption to the client’s business activities.
