Description of Works
The Jetty Bar scope required 660m2 of heritage galvanised Z600 sheet in True Oak Deep 21 profile for roofing and walls inclusive of custom Z600 galvanised flashings.
A feature wall was cladded with Webglass True Oak Deep 21 translucent fibreglass sheeting.
Insulation to the roof was 80mm Anticon accompanied with a 60mm Ashgrid spacer fastened to structural LVL purlins.
Delta’s project delivery team worked with the builder and architect for design resolution for cohesive and efficient workflow to meet completion targets.
